How to Dump Fat and Look Younger
My son lost 65 pounds. Then my daughter lost nearly 40 (SIX dress sizes!). Then me (52 pounds, and still going...)
What started it all? My son’s Doctor sending him to a friggin’ Nutrition Specialist! (Yeah, he was THAT fat.) The specialist Doctor RECOMMENDED the diet we all used.
I gotta say, the book has too much stuff about how it works. I don’t wanna know why it works - I just want it to WORK. But I guess being Doctors, well, they had to write about that...
Anyways, my son loves not hearing Fat Jokes anymore. My daughter loves all the boys who’ve started chasing her. *I* love all my friends/coworkers telling me I look 20 years younger. And there’s lots more my family loves about this diet, like (read more...)
